Plano, Texas -- System ID (http://www.systemid.com) today announced that Trey Cox and John Thomas have been named the Outside Sales Representatives for the Houston and Dallas areas, respectively. This was done as part of System ID's continuing effort to provide customers with technical expertise in barcode automation and data collection as well as first-class customer service. Visiting customers' sites will allow Cox and Thomas to get a personal look at the business processes and utilize their decades of industry experience to recommend the best ways to improve those processes using barcode and data collection technology.

Cox has been involved with the implementation of and training on iSeries solutions and thin client computing technology for businesses in a wide variety of industries. He has received certifications from IBM, Oracle, Compaq, among others. Thomas worked with the leading manufacturers in the barcoding industry, such as Motorola Symbol, Intermec, Zebra, and Datalogic, to create data collection and automation solutions for applications ranging from inventory control to asset management to field service.
