Tiny String Bikini Sales Soar as Temperatures Continue to Remain High

The sizzling temperatures may be wreaking havoc for many companies, but for local bikini manufacturer, Vivid Vixen Seductive Swimwear, business has never been better. Extreme high temperatures have seen a significant increase in the purchase of sexy swimwear online in Australia explains Ben Israel, director of local bikini manufacturer Vivid Vixen Seductive Swimwear, a small company located along the surf coast of Victoria, in Ocean Grove. Vivid Vixen is the major sponsor of the Miss Bikini World Australia contest, the finals of which will be held on 14th February, to coincide with Valentine's Day at Club 4 Play in Geelong.

Desperate to combat the intense heat, the Australian public are casting their inhibitions aside by sporting some of the sexiest swimwear available online. G-strings, micro bikinis, mesh shorts, and other skimpy creations, are now adorning bodies strutting around the beaches determined to make the most of the searing sun.

Ben Israel, the director of Vivid Vixen Seductive Swimwear, says the timing couldn't be better.

"Our sales have virtually quadrupled in the last week," he says, unable to hide a wide smile that reflects nearly a decade of hard work, two jobs, and setbacks that at one point included the loss of his primary machinist. "I mean, here's a little guy taking on the world and winning right here in Geelong with plans to expand by building a warehouse and production facilities [in Geelong]…" he proclaims proudly.

The string bikinis are available in a full range of bright summer colours including turquoise, yellow, and fuchsia and are made under strict ethical guidelines. Sold as individual pieces, it's possible to mix and match the bikini tops and bottoms to attain the desired style. There is also a selection of accessories and beach outerwear available including tube dresses, mesh shorts, minis, and bikini bags.

The boost in sales times in well with Vivid Vixen's latest promotion: sponsoring the Miss Bikini World Australia catwalk parade at Club 4 Play in Moorabool Street. The last heat of the contest was held on Saturday 7th February and the final will be held this coming week on 14th February, to coincide with Valentine's Day.

Ben's intentions are clear: he wants to go global. He's spent endless hours researching the market, made thousands of calls, and built up his business from scratch. He is adamant that he can revive the dying Geelong manufacturing industry and with sales of the tiny string bikinis rocketing as the high temperatures continue to plague the region, it seems he is one step closer to doing so.
