We've spent months creating a one of a kind back end where builders can log in, upload and manage their community and home information and interact with home buyers who use the site. Our goal is to help builders stay organized and empower their sales staff with the unique tools we've designed so ultimately they'll sell homes.

The Discover Home Network, a new venture by Sparkle Media, LLC proudly announces the official beta launch of the first of its series of regionally focused new home websites, EasternShoreHousing.com. EasternShoreHousing.com is the premier destination for home buyers in search of new homes on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Virginia and Delaware. The website features complete interactive profiles for new home communities throughout the Delmarva region including builder information, photos, floor plans, inventory homes, available lots, amenities, pricing and contact information. The Discover Home Network specializes in cleanly designed, fun, easy to use, ad-free websites for home buyers. The company has several partnerships with leading online real estate portals to help promote builders and their listings.
The Discover Home Network combines real estate and social networking. Visitors to EasternShoreHousing.com are kept apprised of the site's newest listings and updates through live news feeds on the homepage and individual builder and community pages. Visitors can leave comments on what life is like in their hometown on local town pages, and post thoughts on communities they've been to and know. Contact between builders and home buyers is done through an internal messaging system, keeping users' personal email addresses confidential. Home buyers who register for the complimentary myESH service will be able to save and track favorites, save home searches, receive builder and community updates and keep records of important home buying documents.
The Discover Home Network is currently forming relationships with Eastern Shore home builders of all sizes and regional coverage. Home builders who partner with the Discover Home Network can easily manage their online presence themselves and interact with buyers. Blake Pierson, President and Founder of the Discover Home Network says, "We've spent months creating a one of a kind back end where builders can log in, upload and manage their community and home information and interact with home buyers who use the site. Our goal is to help builders stay organized and empower their sales staff with the unique tools we've designed so ultimately they'll sell homes."
Todd Burbage, President of Burbage Properties, a local developer with residential and commercial projects on Maryland's Eastern Shore says, "Partnering with the Discover Home Network has been ideal for my company. As a local developer, I need to make the most out of my limited advertising budget and with this site I can market my communities on both a regional and national platform at a low cost. It's also been a great way to keep track of our residential projects and what we have available for sale."
Builders create their own space on the Internet with the Discover Home Network, a great solution for smaller builders who do not have the money or time to maintain their own website. Instead, home buyers can find them through the Discover Home Network, and builders can direct clients to their profiles on the Discover Home Network's websites to learn about their company.
Still to come for EasternShoreHousing.com is the launch of a specially designed search algorithm and added features for home buyers and users of myESH. The company will soon offer local Realtors the option to include its Eastern Shore home listings on their own websites for free. Builders also will be able to promote their EasternShoreHousing.com listings on their own websites. The Discover Home Network will later launch its unique brand of new home websites in other select regions on the East Coast.
"Now is a time where home builders are in real need of a cost effective way to efficiently market their Eastern Shore communities and new homes. We've created a way for them to do that through our site, an online community where builders can network with home buyers and make the most of their already stretched marketing budgets," says Blake Pierson.
A young entrepreneur, Blake Pierson is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. After working on Wall Street as an Investment Banking Analyst, Pierson went on to merge his passions for real estate and technology to found the Discover Home Network in early 2008.
