Technological advances and the popularity of narcissist personal websites has aided in family relationship eroding over the last decade. Two years ago, parents Tom and Dawn Rinaldi decided to give other families a chance and started, a site that specializes in faith-based and family-participatory games. Now celebrating their two year anniversary, the Rinaldis have added more games and a new blog.

We're honest hardworking people

When perusing the board game section of a store, it's difficult to find games that aren't overly complicated, nor fun for the entire family. Games nowadays have DVDs, 15 different scorecards and questionable content. Fed up with inaccessibility of family-friendly games, Tom and Dawn Rinaldi started two years ago.

"We have a ten year old adopted daughter and these are the games that we want her to play," explained Tom. "There aren't too many games now that would interest the whole family and that's what we were going for when we started the site." has an impressive catalog of faith-based games that is appealing for kids, tween, teens and even some adults; games as diverse as Bible Blurt, Dragonraid and Guitar Praise can help reestablish the lost event that is Family Game Night.

"There's nothing violent or off-color about our games," said Tom. "We also have a selection of non-Christian games such as Monopoly and Scrabble."

Over the last two years, the Rinaldis have built their site and selection. Recently, they've added several items that are based on Veggie Tales, the wildly successful Christian animated television show, and non-gaming activities like puzzles.

They have also added a new feature to their site in the form of a informational blog

The blog contains product reviews, as well as anecdotes relating the success of game nights to a family dynamic. "These are products that we enjoy and we want to be able to share with others who want to strengthen their family bond," said Dawn.

As technology threatens to divide the American family, it's fortunate that a site like is present to make sure that parents and children don't fall into the black hole of disconnect.

"We're honest hardworking people," said Tom. "We believe in what we're doing and our vision of preserving the inter-familial relationship."

About the Company: is a part of Sienna Dawn Inc. which is owned and operated by Tom and Dawn Rinaldi. The site specializes in Christian board, card and computer games, as well as family-driven secular games.
