At the event Share Results CEO, Nicky Senyard, will be delivering an open and free information session titled "How to Monetize Blogs & Communities: Ethics and Strategies." Most recently Nicky Senyard launched her own blog, with video, on the Share Results parent company, Ecom Access http://www.ecomaccess.com/blog.
The Share Results team at Podcamp hopes to educate the new media community about some of the alternative business opportunities open to them, specifically the world of affiliate marketing. The team will be on hand to meet and network with existing and potential affiliates and merchants, as well as cover the event through blogging and video themselves. Podcamp Toronto is a free "unconference" for all those interested in podcasting, blogging and all things new media. Amateurs, pros, newbies and veterans are all encouraged to attend.

It is born out of the desire to share information and learn more about audio and video podcasting and related subjects. The first PodCamp was held in Boston in September 2006, inspiring many more PodCamp events, including PodCamp Toronto.
