Sendouts Pro 7.1 includes enhanced Outlook Integration designed to save time and increase organization through the use of automated features. The latest version of Sendouts Outlook integration enables users to automatically add incoming and outgoing emails to their Sendouts database – this means fewer clicks when adding information. Increased functionality also gives users the ability to import job orders from their Outlook Inbox directly into their Sendouts database, reducing non-revenue producing administrative work.

Sendouts also released Universal Back-Office exporting with version 7.1. This feature gives firms the ability to export placement data directly into the back-office or timesheet software of their choice, eliminating the need for paper timesheets and manual data entry. This automated data transfer will save valuable time and eliminate inaccuracies that can commonly occur with a manual process.

Additionally, Sendouts is featuring the new automated job broadcasting with the 7.1 version. This feature enables users to broadcast their jobs out to industry leading job boards and social networking sites at no additional charge.
