RSW Reports High Marks Among for "Professionalism" and "Performance"

With the economy putting the squeeze on ad agencies and other marketing service firms, most are facing a "between a rock and hard place" decision. They need new business, but can't afford to bring more overhead on board to manage it. Most haven't considered outsourcing business development, in part, out of concern that an outside firm can't effectively represent their interests. Lead Generation/Business Development firm, Reardon Smith Whittaker (RSW) has proven the skeptics wrong. RSW released its annual performance survey, revealing high marks for quality of opportunities delivered to cliients and professionalism of representation.

With 55% of the meetings set for clients resulting in the "potential for work" or "agency review", RSW's lead generation methodology appears to be working in high gear. A year-end client performance survey released today by Reardon Smith Whittaker reports strong marks for the lead generation/business development firm.

In the survey, RSW's clients rated the agency high on a number of different performance dimensions, including "professionalism," "understanding my ad agency," and "representation of my ad agency." Across the board, RSW rates very high.
