National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA) has released the recruiting class rankings for the Big Ten…plus Notre Dame. Recognizing the influence Notre Dame has on recruiting in the Midwest, NCSA felt compelled to see how their class ranked in comparison to the other schools in the Big Ten.

The recruiting rankings were compiled by NCSA Football Recruiting Coordinator Randy Taylor. Taylor has been involved in college football for nearly 30 years. He spent most of his career directing the recruiting for schools such as UCLA, Minnesota, UNLV and Illinois. Randy was in charge of recruiting at UCLA in the late 90's and early 2000's, highlighted by a #1 nationally ranked recruiting class in 1999. With the support of NCSA, Randy has recently launched "Recruiting360" which provides thorough analysis of the top underclassmen prospects around the country to DI college coaches.
