Green & Seifter Attorneys, PLLC has been named by the Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency (OCCRA) as one of the" Top Recyclers of Onondaga County." Green & Seifter is the only law firm to be included among 18 companies on the list published by the CNY Business Exchange.

"Green & Seifter Attorneys has an on-going initiative to reduce its impact on the environment by implementing everyday recycling strategies and by utilizing an electronic document management system to help reduce paper usage," said Laurence G. Bousquet, Member of the Board of Managers. "For the past few years, the firm has participated in annual events such as Earth Day clean up projects with Housing Visions, and although these events are important, the employees of Green & Seifter wanted to take daily action to reduce the firm's carbon footprint."

In addition to recycling, used battery collection, the elimination of Styrofoam products, and paper and waste reduction efforts throughout the office, Green & Seifter Attorneys has partnered with Green & Seifter CPAs and Project K.O.P.E.G. (Keep Our Planet Earth Green) to collect and recycle used electronics, including cell phones, digital cameras, and ink cartridges. All resulting proceeds will benefit local charities in our community.
