Mourant International Finance Administration continues to strengthen its client service capabilities in North America with the recent appointments of Spyros Makras and Tony Parmar, who will be based out of Mourant's New York office.
Spyros joins Mourant as a Director of Accounting. He has over ten years of accounting experience, primarily with private equity funds. Prior to Mourant, Spyros worked at The Blackstone Group, Credit Suisse First Boston and McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Tony joins the U.S Tax Compliance team as a Tax Manager and brings with him over ten years of experience in taxation of partnerships, private equity and hedge funds. Prior to joining Mourant, Tony worked at Goldman Sachs as Tax Manager in its U.S. Tax Compliance Office, BISYS Private Equity and RSM McGladrey. Tony is also a Certified Public Accountant.
