Dan Robertson joins Marcia Daszko & Associates' network as an Executive Consulting Associate. He will help Executive Teams transform their organizations to succeed, survive and thrive in these turbulent economic times and a challenging economy. Dan has held senior executive management positions in manufacturing and customer service operations at Hewlett Packard and 3Com. At both companies he applied Dr. W. Edwards Deming's principles to improve quality, increase efficiency, innovate, and lower costs in operations.
Dan is also the co-author of the book: "Deming's Profound Changes, When Will the Sleeping Giant Awaken". He holds a BSEE from Purdue University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. With Marcia Daszko, he also co-founded the Bay Area Deming User Group in 1989 and it was the largest Deming Study Group in the world. He was a Founding Board Member of the In2In Thinking Network, based in Canoga Park, CA. In addition, Dan has spoken at the annual international Deming Institute conference and moderated panel discussions on various management and leadership transformation topics.
Currently he is on the Planning Committee to prepare for the upcoming Deming Institute conference that will be hosted at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana on October 10-11, 2009.
