Jose A. Mendoza, an in-house counsel from one of the nation's largest real estate brokerages, has joined the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Mendoza's practice focuses on representing corporate clients in professional liability defense, construction-related cases, and commission disputes throughout Southern California. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1996, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Mendoza brings with him over 12 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation. His practice includes representing clients in professional liability defense, construction-related cases, and commission disputes.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Mendoza served as in-house Litigation Counsel for one of the nation's oldest and most respected real estate brokerages. His extensive work as in-house counsel involved managing and defending cases made against real estate brokers across Southern California. As in-house counsel, he also developed and conducted training programs and systems for use with the brokerage's licensed agents.

He will be splitting time between the firm's Southern California offices, handling disputes from San Diego to Santa Barbara.

He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1996, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. While an undergraduate, Mr. Mendoza was a member of the Dean's List and the Gold Key National Honor Society.
