Corporate Services Expands Commitment to Client Service through New Hires and Employee Development

Adding people and providing educational opportunities yields higher caliber employees to service clients

Corporate Services recently has added two people to each of their development and support teams. "We are pleased to welcome our four new staff members," said Michael Saint, president of Corporate Services. "Each of our new hires brings a wide range of expertise and skill sets to our team. Most importantly, they all share a deep commitment to helping our clients be more successful."

In addition to adding employees, Corporate Services continues to invest in the professional growth and development of their staff by offering a variety of educational opportunities. To date, the entire development team has been through .NET training. This coincides with the conversion of the TrakQuip™ and RTMS solutions to the .NET framework.

Corporate Services also has sent their entire team through a 12-week, Dale Carnegie (www.dalecarnegie.com) course, "Effective Communication & Human Relations." The course concentrated on interpersonal relationships in the workplace, problem solving and leadership development.

The entire management team has participated in training conducted by MAP (Management Action Programs, www.mapconsulting.com). Skills and concepts learned include effective decision making, communication, accountability and problem solving. The management team received practical tools to implement and developed personalized goals and action plans.
