Naqshbandiya Foundation For Islamic Education (NFIE), will have its annual Mawlid-un-Nabi (Birthday Celebration of Prophet of Islam) Conference on March 14th Saturday from 2PM--8PM at Chandler Community Center, 125 E. Commonwealth Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225. Admission to the event is free, and it's open to the public.

Naqshbandiya Foundation For Islamic Education (NFIE) is a non-profit Sufi Organization ,will have its Annual Mawlid-un-Nabi ( Birthday Celebration of Prophet of Islam) Conference on March 14th Saturday from 2PM--8PM at Chandler Community Center, 125 E. Commonwealth Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225.The program will include Devotional Poetry and a Lecture in honor of Prophet Muhammad. The Theme of the Conference is " Celebrationg Prophet of Universal Mercy,Love and Beauty". The Keynote Speaker is Shaykh Muhammad Bin Yahya al-Ninowy from Atlanta.Children from local Islamic Schools will sing Islamic Songs accompanied with Daf (a large Persian Drum).This Spiritual Event will end with a delicious dinner.Please Pre-Register for Free Event and Dinner by E-Mail or online at http://www.nfie.com with number of guests before March 8th.The Event is free and open to public.

Mawlid-un-Nabi Celebrated on the twelfth day of the month Rabi-ul-Awwal, this feast commemorates the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, venerated by Muslims as the "Mercy for the Mankind" Public meetings are held in mosques and community centers where speeches are delivered on different aspects of the Prophet's life and character. Devout Muslims also give charity, and food is distributed free to the poor.
