Customer Profit Reinforcement (CPR™) program has helped 46 customers find over $76 million dollars of new potential profits.

The Hartfiel Company's Customer Profit Reinforcement (CPR™) program potential savings has reached over $76 million and exceeded company wide goals.

Hartfiel's company-wide goal was to have 30 CPR's in process by the end of 2008. By October the company was nearing their goal with 23 customer CPR's in process. This number doubled to 46 in just two short months. Hartfiel's CPR program documented potential savings increased from $53 million to over $76 million.

"I was very surprised by the substantial increase in the number of CPR's we are doing. Our experienced teams are finding ways to really help our customers thrive long-term." said Myron Moser, President/CEO of Hartfiel.

CPR is a program used to uncover and document customer savings and profit opportunities. Hartfiel has teams made up of specialists in engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, packaging, and finance. In the CPR process, a team of specialists completes a thorough forensic review of a selected customer's operations and equipment to uncover savings and profit growth potential. "Often companies don't realize what they can save until we provide a question/answer forum to generate ideas," says Pat Schusted, a Sales Manager for Hartfiel.

A team of Hartfiel specialists also tour production lines to determine where savings can be achieved. "There are usually multiple layers of savings sometimes two layers deep that often go unnoticed. These are soft cost savings that customers never even thought possible," added Schusted. All of the information is entered into Hartfiel's CPR program to show the logical path a company can take to maximize profits. Each change is ranked by ease of implementation so that customers have the option of taking advantage of only the easiest changes or selected changes

"We have helped 46 customers find over $76 million. During these tough economic times, many customers are trying hard to find ways to increase their profits, and with CPR, we help them do just that. Our CPR process is truly a tool for the times," added Moser.
