Bowen Family Homes Provides Safety Net for Home Buyers

New mortgage payment relief program designed to protect homeowners

Atlanta, GA (Vocus/PRWEB ) February 25, 2009 -- In response to the current economic recession, Bowen Family Homes is pleased to announce the launch of their new Safety Net Program. The Safety Net Program is a mortgage payment relief program designed to protect Bowen Family homeowners from the most common cause of missed mortgage payments: unexpected involuntary job loss.

"No one plans to involuntarily lose their job, but in these times of economic uncertainty, we have to plan for the unexpected," said Steve Palmer, Chief Financial Officer of Bowen Family Homes. "Thousands face losing their job every day and our new Safety Net Program insures that our homeowners will not also lose their home, if they involuntarily lose their job."

If a Bowen Family homeowner loses their job involuntarily then the Safety Net Program will pay their mortgage up to $2,000 per month for up to four consecutive months. The program is designed "per claim" and allows for two claims over two years. This would allow for a maximum of $16,000 and eight monthly payments made on behalf of the borrower. Full protection is free through the Bowen Family Homes Safety Net Program.* For more information, visit www.bowensafetynet.com, call 1-877-MY BOWEN or email Bowen Family Homes at mybowen(at)bowenfamilyhomes.com.

"A home purchase is the largest investment most Americans will ever make. The implementation of our Safety Net Program will help Bowen Family homeowners keep their investment as well as offer new homebuyers piece of mind when buying their new Bowen Family home," said Palmer.
