Salge has been with Impact for 15 years during which time his responsibilities have grown from information technologies and purchasing to project management, production operations and warehousing. He is a graduate of NJIT and was previously a Manager at Intel.

Formerly the Senior Director of Creative Communications, Padden has been with Impact for nine years. In addition to leading the Creative Communications group, the meeting and event department will now be under his leadership as well.
