New SonicFeedback allows organizations to create and assign feedback forms to any step of the recruiting process and gather key data to better manage their hiring. In keeping with SonicRecruit’s tradition of providing highly flexible solutions, the uses of SonicFeedback are extensive. Some examples of how organizations can use SonicFeedback are:

Just in time to help organizations deal with the large increase in resume flow due to increased unemployment is the new SonicParser. SonicParser is Cytiva’s new proprietary resume parsing technology that allows recruiters to forward emailed resumes into their applicant tracking system. From a simple email, SonicParser reads the resume and pulls out key information, creates a candidate record in the applicant tracking system, and prepopulates the candidate’s information. SonicParser can read and parse multiple resumes and is highly flexible in automatically assigning job codes and recruiter ownership as it creates candidate records.

Though SonicRecruit has offered a similar feature for many years, much of it has been provided by a 3rd party. New SonicParser provides greater accuracy and much faster availability of candidate records. Further, SonicParser allows Cytiva to enhance the capability of its resume parsing to better match the needs of its entire talent management suite in the future.
