Vibrant hues provide fresh, exuberant perspective in Accessories

Tusk, a New York manufacturer of fine hand bags and accessories, unveiled its Spring 2009 collection, which brims with optimism from the emergence of the changes associated with a new season and era. Lively hues found in nature are highlighted as the collection takes a step back to basics. Exuberant yellows, energetic pinks, eco-friendly greens, and neutrals in oyster, navy, and black are featured in organic, sleek silhouettes. Interior linings in contrasting leathers, violet fabric and gold metallic add some panache.

New cross the body bags, slim totes, satchels and small leather goods in supple lightweight Italian calfskin, sleek crackle patent leather, and buttery soft Italian kidskin speak to the affordable luxuries offered in the Spring 2009 collection. Versatile silhouettes offer a simple way to refresh any wardrobe with designs that will endure the test of time.

"The world is going through challenging times right now," noted Tusk founder, Hiten Manseta. "Although we realize the significance of the economic turmoil, we have hope as a company that it's a natural cycle and the environment will change for the better. The Spring 2009 collection features our signature use of bright hues and reiterates the aesthetic that has come to represent Tusk."

As a follow-up to the wonderful images captured for the Fall 2008 campaign, Tusk worked with fine art photographer, Monique Lai, once again. Shot on location in New York City, the campaign epitomizes Tusk's classic accessory designs with a modern twist.
