Exciting basketball event showcases India's top players
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 28, 2009 -- India's basketball stars are set to delight fans and showcase their talents at The Jam Sessions - A Basketball Extravaganza.
The full day event, which will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday March 1, 2009, at the spectacular Sector 15A Club in Noida, will feature some of the top basketball players from the northern region of India, competing in various individual and team competitions.
The extravaganza will include a Slam Dunk Contest, 3-Point Shootout, Mobile Shoot Around, 3-on-3 Tournament, and a Full Court All Star Game.
The Jam Sessions is a four-part series taking place in Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Calcutta, which aims to not only showcase India's basketball prowess, but also demonstrate the excitement, culture and lifestyle of the world's second most popular sport.
Each event will include live music by acclaimed DJs, interviews with players and fans, and film crews.
More than 10 professional cameras will be capturing footage for an upcoming TV/Film project.
