Millions in Private Financing Secured for Hospitality HSIA Upgrades

Deep Blue Wireless, a leading national provider of High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today a merger with WiFiFee, a New York-based Wi-Fi broadband Internet access provider. Under the terms of the merger, Deep Blue Wireless will become the hospitality division of WiFiFee. The company has secured millions of dollars in private financing available to the hospitality industry for the installation and upgrade of existing Wi-Fi High-Speed Internet Access networks.

Concurrent with the merger, Deep Blue Wireless announced the ground-breaking Hospitality Asset Reinvestment Program (HARP). HARP funds provide millions of dollars to be re-invested into hospitality HSIA infrastructure. These funds come at a critical time when guest occupancy is largely driven by the availability of reliable, easy-to-use and professionally-managed Internet access. HARP funds are available to hospitality establishments of all sizes.

The HARP program is now open and funds are available on a first-come first-served basis. The program is currently scheduled to run through April 15, 2009.
