Mark will chair the Advisory Board and lead the recruitment of advisors with strategically important strengths so each bring unique knowledge and experience to the Company.

With more than 25 years of wireless communications experience, Mark has held prominent technology development, executive management and leadership roles at Hughes Microelectronics, LCC, QUALCOMM, Leap Wireless and most recently, NextWave Broadband. Mark has published in several technical areas in wireless and has testified on spectrum policy in both the US Senate and House of Representatives.
