Construction Manager Daniel O'Connell's Sons substantially expanded its presence in eastern Massachusetts through new leases at 225 Franklin in downtown Boston, 300 Unicorn Park in Woburn, and 1000 Franklin Village in Franklin. These leases replace their lease in Waltham, which the company successfully bought out. Valerie Pontiff, President of New England Property Advisors, represented Holyoke-based Daniel O'Connell's Sons on their three new leases and the buy out.
