Thomas McCarthy-Howe, a 20-year telecommunications veteran and industry thought leader, has been named CEO of Jaduka, a Dallas-based web services company that provides on-demand customer communications services that target business process optimization.

Jack Rynes, the past president of Jaduka, will remain as COO and handle day-to-day operations of the company.
