Financial Management Veteran, Patti Soch, Joins Phurnace Software, Inc.
Experienced CFO brings 24 years of experience to Austin start up
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) March 4, 2009 -- Phurnace Software, Inc., the Java application deployment company, today announced the appointment of Patti Soch as vice president of finance and operations. She will have responsibility for all financial management, human resources and facilities for the company. Soch has more than 24 years of financial experience with technology companies including VIEO, Inc., Visible Decisions, Inc., UniSQL, Inc., and Uniplex, Inc. She was most recently the chief financial officer at System Fabric Works, an Austin-based provider of high speed communications equipment and services.
During her career, Soch has been directly involved in venture fund raising, complex global financial reporting, company acquisitions, overseas expansions, and managing supplier relationships. She has served as an officer for several companies and has deep experience with early stage technology businesses. Soch has a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and attended SMU's Executive MBA program.
