NAS Recruitment Communications announced today that Matt Kaiser, Vice President and Talent Strategist, will offer a thought-provoking seminar on understanding the recruitment process from the candidate's point of view to the Denver Area Health Care Recruiters Association (http://www.DAHCRA.org) on Tuesday, March 10, 2009.
Kaiser will present "Improving the Candidate Experience: Can You Put Yourself in Their Shoes?" a stimulating view of how an organization may be perceived by the people it hopes to attract and eventually hire. The program will address the meaning behind the candidate experience, how to measure it and how to effectively improve the experience to attract, engage and retain the best talent. Attendees will be given tools to help measure the candidate experience and identify strategies to enhance candidate touch points.
"The economy, new technology and changing demographics are among the factors affecting an A-level candidate's decision on which organization to choose," said Kaiser. "It's important to look at the candidate experience and see your organization through their eyes. Understanding the thought processes of your talent target is no easy matter, but it is a critical component of successful recruiting efforts."
Kaiser is a recruitment strategy consultant with over 12 years of professional experience with Fortune 100 and 500 clients in a variety of industries. He is an author and experienced keynote speaker and will continue to offer insight on best practices in talent management at regional and national conferences in 2009.
