Renowned Canadian relationship counsellor and educator Norm Quantz, MA, is offering a new form of group therapy in an online environment that allows participants to take part via computer from anywhere in the world.
Beginning March 16, Mr. Quantz will lead a seven-week group therapy session entitled, "Stick Points on the Journey to Wholeness" at http://www.relationship-makeover.com/index.php/Stick_Points_-_Group_Therapy.html. Each session is designed for his existing clients and students, with an intense focus on the issues that hold people back from adopting healthy relationship habits that last a lifetime.
A new technology called Face To Face Global™ will allow the group to interact with each other in a secure online environment, where participants can see and hear the group leader in real time. Group members are able to provide their input verbally, visually and in text form.
"Internet technology has finally caught up with my desire to provide distance counseling and group work online," said Mr. Quantz. "Even though this first session is limited to my existing clients and students, I know it will result in more online sessions being offered to everyone very soon."
Norm Quantz is a relationship specialist who has been in private practice for over 20 years. Together with his wife of 39 years, Neva, he has established and managed four counseling centers in Western Canada. They currently operate a private practice along with providing retreats, seminars and consulting on counseling and abuse issues.
