Don L. Rondeau, President, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Total Security Services International, Inc. (TSSI) announced today the addition of three new senior staff members to the TSSI Team. According to Rondeau, these three executives - Robby Moss, John Harris and Jim Carroll, "…possess a unique combination of experience in government, the military and business that will help to position TSSI for exceptional client service today and company growth in the months ahead."

"In addition to the other professionals already on staff," Rondeau added, "these individuals add to a blended corporate team of subject matter experts who have developed innovative Critical Infrastructure Protection programs and communications professionals who have proven success distilling and disseminating important information to the public."

Robby Moss will serve as TSSI's Vice President of Transportation Security. He possesses an extensive background in the transportation sector, with specialized expertise in multi-modal security, logistics management, freight and distribution operations, and supply chain technology. Moss previously served as Program Manager for the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Hazmat Truck Security Pilot Program. He developed the program's mission and vision, developed the acquisition strategy and guided the program through on-boarding of all contractors. He was formerly the Branch Chief for Highway Infrastructure and Systems within TSA's TSNM Highway and Motor Carrier.

Additional career highlights include serving as National Field Operations Manager for the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) program; senior advisor in support of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) on the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Secure Trade Evaluation Project; and senior transportation consulting roles with Booz Allen Hamilton and KPMG Consulting.

According to Rondeau, "Robby has an exceptional understanding of highway infrastructure security matters. We are pleased to be able to leverage on behalf of TSSI's customers the expertise, skills, and knowledge that Robby has regarding one of America's most vital critical infrastructure sectors."

John Harris will serve as TSSI's Chief Analysis and Liaison Officer. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Harris was the tenth employee hired by the Maritime and Land Security Section of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) following a highly-decorated military career. At TSA, Harris made a profound impact by helping to develop the Surface Transportation Watch at the Transportation Security Operations Center (TSOC). His efforts helped bridge a critical gap between the public and private sectors and led to expanded industry participation within this critical homeland security sector.

Harris's 20-year military career includes authoring the rules of engagement for Desert Shield/Desert Storm during the first Gulf War while serving on General Norman Schwarzkopf's staff. Mr. Harris's military awards included the Bronze Star Medal (for merit vice valor); Defense Meritorious Service Medal; Meritorious Service Medal; Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal; Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, as well as the Marine Corps' Expeditionary and Humanitarian Service Medals. Today, Harris leverages this exceptional operational experience on behalf of the TSA's "First Observer" trucking security program.

Jim Carroll will serve as TSSI's Senior Director, Communications. He is an Award winning Media and Government Relations Executive with 20+ years of experience managing and directing high profile state-wide, national and international multi-media campaigns. He will be directing the on-going effort to further enhance TSSI's market position as a leading provider of cutting edge, science-based approaches to critical infrastructure protection and security planning, operations, intelligence and disaster response.

Prior to joining the TSSI team, Carroll served TSSI's parent company, Macfadden, as its Director of Marketing and Communications. In this capacity he led a highly-coordinated marketing, branding, and communications effort as part of two corporate acquisitions during 2008 - including Macfadden's acquisition of TSSI. For TSSI, Carroll will be leveraging the knowledge that he's gained through a career that included supporting media relations for government and corporate leaders, professional athletes, and celebrities. As a former small business owner, Carroll will also be utilizing his experience in securing, managing, and growing accounts for a range of clients from national non-profit and trade associations; to Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies.
