LDM Global announced today the addition of two new members to its management team. Steve Couling, formerly of Toshiba, will head global sales and Alan Watkins, from Oxford Community Internet, will head technology consulting.

Technology industry sales veteran, Steve Couling, has joined LDM Global as the head of Global Sales. Before joining LDM Global Couling was UK Sales Manager for Toshiba UK B2B PC Division. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge about corporate and IT markets as well as a strong background in client focused sales management. During his tenure at Toshiba he developed his sales team to the No.1 position in the IT Reseller Channel with over 30% market share, plus garnered Toshiba's Global's 'Management Innovation Winners' award for highest growth.

In his role as head of sales, Couling will be responsible for building the company's Global sales presence. He brings vast experience creating and implementing proactive and dynamic sales structures, new business development plans and focus on key customers. His experience working with large corporations and IT departments will provide additional strength to LDM Global client focused business to deliver cost effective and timely solutions using the most appropriate technology for forensics, processing and disclosure reviews.

Alan Watkins joined LDM Global as the head of Technology Consulting. Watkins most recently was Accounts Manager for Oxford Community Internet Plc (United Kingdom). He was responsible for Provision of Wide Area Network solutions for law firms across the UK, managing implementation at client sites, coordinating technical support, requirements and training.

Watkins has worked for some of the largest law firms in the UK and Australia, coordinating and managing large numbers of project staff within Legal Support groups. Prior to joining LDM Global Watkins spend 9 years working for large law firms in Australia. He returned to the UK where he worked as an account manager for CI-Net and a contract consultant for Latham & Watkins in London.

In his role as Technology Consultant at LDM Global, Watkins will focus on client requirements and management for eDisclosure projects. Watkins experience working in large law firms will provide additional strength to LDM Global client focused business to deliver cost effective and timely solutions using the most appropriate technology for forensics, processing and review.

Having worked for large law firms and clients, Watkins will provide additional perspective and understanding of stakeholder needs for all projects. He will also advise on best practices for lawyers and clients focused on the management and production of electronic data.
