Avignon at Vinings is offering jumbo and super jumbo loans on the townhomes, condominiums and single-family homes in the European-inspired community.

Qualifying buyers in Avignon at Vinings can get a 95 percent loan-to-value ratio with a 6.0 percent interest rate and a 90 percent loan-to-value ratio with a 5.75 percent interest rate, with additional financing incentives for select new home shoppers. These extra incentives include no origination fee, no application fee, no mortgage insurance required, waived escrows, flexibility on credit score and ratios and an expedited approval process.
