Web Enhancements Allow New Patients to View and Schedule Appointments at Their Convenience

Aspen Dental, a leader in the denture and dental industry, continues to improve patient service through the launch of an online appointment scheduling system for new patients.

The service allows new patients to make appointments at aspendent.com by clicking on "Make an Appointment," and following the simple directions. If a patient needs help making an appointment online, the site also has a "Live Chat" feature.

As an added convenience, patients can fill out and print forms from home--before their appointment--in order to reduce time spent in the office.

"The new web enhancement is an example of how we use technology to provide our patients with more alternatives. It is a simple, secure alternative for new patients to make an appointment--especially after Call Center hours--when they may already be online looking for information," said Mary Boysman, Vice President, Brand Marketing. Call Center hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time.

Aspen Dental's website also allows patients to access to their billing information, view recent account activity and apply for financing, all 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Aspen Dental says it plans to add more online conveniences throughout the year.
