World Class Customer Service Leads USfidelis to Record Setting 2008

USfidelis set company records in 2008 including numbers of new customers, numbers of new employees and the amount of claims paid. USfidelis Vice President Cory Atkinson says a company wide commitment to World Class customer service was a key factor in their success.

In 2008, USfidelis added 172,212 new customers, paid out over $20 million in claims, and hired 306 new employees, all record numbers. In fact more than 180 additional employees have been added already in 2009, bringing the USfidelis family to more than 800 strong.

In order to maintain this success, USfidelis has expanded it's option of coverage plans in order to offer more comprehensive protection and to extend coverage to those with older model and higher mileage vehicles. USfidelis was also excited to launch a special customer service division for their Spanish speaking customers in 2008. Their professionally trained, bilingual experts currently field about 500 calls per day.
