Glasgow, Scotland (PRWEB) March 9, 2009
Dunblane Museum is undergoing a major refurbishment, which means they needed a safe and secure place to store their precious artifacts. A team from the museum found that Kangaroo Self Storage offered the perfect service due to their high quality, temperature controlled units. The units were thoroughly tested beforehand, especially the fire and security systems. When it was agreed to have the museum artifacts stored in this location, the Kangaroo team helped out with the moving.
Chris Stevens, the managing director of the Glasgow storage company was even a bit surprised when the company was chartered to provide this service for the museum. "We knew our Glasgow storage units were ideal for storing archives, furniture and customers' belongings, but we didn't know if they would be of museum quality. I was delighted to be told by the Dunblane team that our storage space provided the perfect conditions for their delicate artifacts."
So far the museum has been very pleased with the way things have gone in their new businesses deal. Assistant Curator, Janice Ainslie is quoted as saying, "Our exhibits are safe and secure with Kangaroo storage in Glasgow and will be in excellent condition when we collect them. In the meantime we can now refurbish Dunblane museum so it can provide the perfect show-case for our artifacts."
