The International Institute for Franchise Education (IIFE) at Nova Southeastern University, will host its annual IIFE Executive Leadership Development Summit on April 22-24 at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This year's agenda will focus on present-day examples of the challenges and opportunities facing franchisors in today's economy. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn invaluable information on topics such as positioning and funding a system for growth, innovation in the face of recession and how to increase value in a growth business. Harnish is the founder of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), an acclaimed author and has spent the last 26 years educating entrepreneurs and executives of growing firms on best business practices.
