Global Traveler opens voting for its annual GT Tested Reader Survey Awards

Yardley, Pa. (PRWEB) March 12, 2009 -- Global Traveler welcomes readers to vote in the 2009 GT Tested Reader Survey Awards. Voting is now open in over 60 travel-related categories. Categories include Best Airline in the World, Best International Hotel Chain, Best Business City and many more. New categories in this year's survey include Best First-Class Seat Design, Best Business-Class Seat Design, Best Airline to Japan, Best Airport Staff/Gate Agents, Best Airport Dining, Best WiFi Service and Best Travel Gadget.

Every year, Global Traveler reaches out to readers to determine the best in travel. Last year, over 31,000 readers voted and winners were honored at an evening cocktail reception at the Hotel Bel-Air in January.

To vote for your favorites, go to www.globaltravelerusa.com/survey. Voting runs through August 2009. Results are released in the December 2009 issue. An independent accounting firm tabulates the winners. Each ballot is entered into a random drawing for a Swiss-made Gevril watch.
