Magazines.com is "Best in Business" Finalist in Middle Tennessee

The Nashville Business Journal recently named Internet retailer Magazines.com a finalist in the 22nd annual "Best in Business" awards presentation recognizing outstanding businesses across Middle Tennessee.

The Nashville Business Journal's 22nd annual awards presentation honors companies in 10 Middle Tennessee counties that stand out for their ability to find a niche, recruit and retain excellent people and execute a plan.

Among the 26 finalists in four size categories and one non-profit category, Magazines.com, an online retailer for more than 1,900 magazine subscriptions, earned a nomination for the 26-100 employees category.

"This is a great honor for our company," said Jay Clarke, President and CEO of Magazines.com. "This recognition is a direct reflection on our people."

Sponsors for this year's event include AT&T, Nashville Commercial Real Estate, Cushman Wakefied Alliance and NovaCopy. Winners will be announced at a luncheon on April 24. Companies are judged by an independent panel of business experts.
