This invention is patented.
The "Protection and Prevention Tool" would have multiple functions that could be invaluable in emergency situations, such as accidents, assaults, kidnappings and carjackings. First and foremost, this device could help authorities to reach a lost or injured person more quickly and easily. Additional capabilities would provide users and their family members with peace of mind, and could possibly be used to identify the perpetrator of a crime. Though designed for use by anyone, this invention would be particularly ideal for children.
Constructed to look like a normal watch, keychain or other commonplace accessory, the Protection and Prevention Tool would have a Global Positioning System (GPS) locator built into the body. In the case of an emergency, the wearer would press a button that alerts family members and authorities to the emergency and the position of the endangered individual. The accessory also would include other hidden devices, such as a microphone, voice recorder, piercing audio alarm and pepper spray dispenser. These devices could be quickly activated in the event of an attack or other impending danger.
