Hogan Walker is pleased to announce the hiring of Bob Bartholomew as the Service Manager at the Elburn store.
Bob graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology with a degree in Electronics Technology. Bob brings a great deal of experience with him to Hogan Walker, which includes his work as a Service/Project Manager for Lanier/MedQuist for the past 23 years.
As the Service Manager at Elburn, Bob will be responsible for the management of the service staff, their work routines, and the efficient operation of the department. In addition, Bob will ensure that all required manufacturer warranty and product improvement programs are completed on a timely basis, that all service work is completed on time and as promised, and that all service work orders are completed accurately and as soon as the job is completed.
Bob and his wife, Dorcey, currently reside in Sugar Grove with their three children Jimmy (12), Carly (11), and Brian (9). In his free time, Bob really enjoys coaching any of the athletic teams that his children participate. Bob is also quite the athlete himself, stating that one interesting fact about himself is, "I'm the fastest kid on the block."
