TLK Group Announces Opening of New Call Center Designed to Provide B2B Lead Generation

TLK Group opened their new Richmond, VA call center today as part of an expansion of the TLK Group's business-to-business (B2B) lead generation division. A Fortune 500 company was recently added to their client list and enabled TLK Group to expand their service offerings. The call center will provide commercial clients with inbound and outbound sales, service and lead generation supported by the ENSERCLE technology platform.

TLK Group opened their new Richmond, VA call center today as part of an expansion of the TLK Group's business-to-business (B2B) lead generation division. A Fortune 500 company was recently added to their client list and enabled TLK Group to expand their service offerings. The call center will provide commercial clients with inbound and outbound sales, service and lead generation supported by the ENSERCLE technology platform.

Although many businesses are struggling to maintain revenues with the downturn in the current economy, "we are excited to launch a new facility and provide jobs for the deep pool of experienced call center agents in Richmond," Jim Tippett, TLK's president, stated. "Richmond has a core group of talented lead generation agents, that accelerated the expansion," according to Kent Ingram, who will be the general manager of the new call center.

The TLK Group's business to consumer (B2C) call centers, which specialize in voter contact and telecommunications calling, have produced strong growth over the past two years.

The new call center is located at Gateway Centre II on the Midlothian Turnpike.
