Mr. Sterling brings his knowledge and expertise of design as it relates to user-experience to ultimately ensure the vision of clients is executed brilliantly and flawlessly. He will provide leadership for IdentityMine's interactive design team. He will also join the senior leadership team and merge strategy with the tactical driving concepts, methodologies, and delivery of interactive design services.
Prior to joining IdentityMine, Mr. Sterling was the Creative/UX Director at Ramp Group, located in Bellevue, WA. Previous to that, he spent seven years at Razorfish, where he was the Group Creative Director for their Seattle office.
Mr. Sterling is a graduate from California College of Arts in Oakland/San Francisco in Illustration and Graphic Design. He comes to IdentityMine with over ten years of experience in digital design with a focus on user centered design. His work stretches across many design categories including: toy design, promotional marketing, PC game user interface design, community sites, brochure sites, B2C transactional sites, B2B exchange sites, mobile & x-internet applications, branding and collateral, illustrative conceptual diagramming, and high-end PowerPoint presentations.
