The decision to standardize was made after LGE's Quality Engineering Group successfully implemented McCabe IQ into their quality management initiatives in 2004. McCabe IQ usage has expanded since then and has been found to be a stable and powerful analysis engine which LGE has increasingly utilized to measure and assess software complexity and mitigate risk. As a result of continued long-term successes, LGE has now standardized on McCabe IQ as their software quality management solution.
LGE now uses McCabe IQ's advanced code coverage technology in various groups including the Mobile Communications, Digital Media, and Information Technology labs.
