Certified yoga instructor Cory Sipper ( had trouble getting pregnant even while spending $10,000 on fertility specialists. Her newly published report documents how she used yoga relaxation techniques to help her conceive her first child.

The frustration of trying to get pregnant increases would-be mothers' stress and tensions levels, which is a scientifically proven factor in decreasing their ability to conceive a child. Cory became caught in this vicious cycle.

Says Cory, "I was anxious, angry and depressed that my fertility treatments weren't working, and I completely discarded my yoga training. Finally, I started practicing gentle and restorative styles of yoga, including visualization techniques, and I got pregnant within my next menstrual cycle."

Cory has recently been teaching "Yoga For Conception" classes to enthusiastic women who want to increase their chances of getting pregnant, and the feedback she has been receiving from her students has been very encouraging. "It's very rewarding for me to share what I've learned with other women stuck in that situation," says Cory.
