All Federal employees preparing to enter the Federal Senior Executive Service should plan to attend.

Industry and Government Senior Executives lead workshops providing aspiring managers with road maps for revealing their talent in a manner that benefits themselves and the Federal Government.
Ambassador Larry Palmer, US Department of State, will share his experiences and insight on career development.
A panel of Federal Senior Executive Service (SES) members will detail unique success models for a variety of Federal Agencies.

This three-day event features workshops and presentations that focus on the programs, policies, practices, and processes that promote career-enhancing opportunities and the core subjects critical for becoming a member of the SES.

Registration is open now. AAFEA membership is not required to register for the workshop. Register online or via fax or email.
Registration prior to March 24, 2009: $ 600
Registration between March 25th and April 4th, 2009: $ 650
Late and onsite registration (after April 4, 2009): $ 700
Registration includes reception, continental breakfasts, the conference awards luncheon, snacks during breaks, and conference program material.
