Eli Tene on KNX Radio: "The Federal Foreclosure Bailout -- Too Anemic, Too Late"

Speaking on the KNX Radio Business Hour, loss-mitigation expert Eli Tene, CEO of I Short Sale, Inc., of Woodland Hills, California, noted that the government's foreclosure-prevention program is too limited, eliminating most of the homeowners in need.

Woodland Hills, California (PRWEB) March 14, 2009 -- Speaking on the KNX Radio Business Hour, loss-mitigation expert Eli Tene, CEO of I Short Sale, Inc., of Woodland Hills, California, noted that the government's foreclosure-prevention program is too limited, eliminating most of the homeowners in need. He said that the program should also be helping people who cannot afford the payments due to unemployment.

The important thing at this point, Tene emphasized, is to get the economy moving forward and stop the continuing increase in foreclosures. Therefore, he stated, while not necessarily fair, the program should go as far as helping investors and people who made the mistake of buying houses they ultimately could not afford. Since 1991, Tene has negotiated thousands of short sale transactions and is a leader in the loss mitigation field.
