The launch of PissedConsumer.org is our way of trying to put more, and better, consumer report information in their hands. Being able to browse more comprehensive consumer complaints means people don't have to 'learn the hard way' as often when in comes to the consumer experience.

A new complaint search network has been launched at http://www.PissedConsumer.org, allowing users to more easily find consumer reports. The new network is a one-stop research portal where consumers can search for consumer complaints and customer feedback on companies, products, or services from six consumer advocacy websites with a single search.
“The Web offers consumers a wide array of opportunities to share their feedback, positive or negative, about any company,” says Chin Lee of PissedConsumer.org. “However, thoroughly researching companies by looking at those consumer reports and reviews has proven to be more difficult.", says Chin, "People previously had to visit each consumer complaints site separately for a thorough look at what other customers are saying. PissedConsumer.org simplifies that process by aggregating consumer complaints from multiple resources in one place."
The complaint search network will initially feature results from six sources including: Consumer Union, Consumerist, Complaints Board, My 3 Cents, Rip Off Report, and Pissed Consumer. In addition to these well-established consumer reports resources, users can also suggest new sites to be considered for the complaints search engine.
"Consumers make better decisions when they're educated about companies and products," says Chin Lee. "The launch of PissedConsumer.org is our way of trying to put more, and better, consumer report information in their hands. Being able to browse more comprehensive consumer complaints means people don't have to 'learn the hard way' as often when in comes to the consumer experience."
The PissedConsumer.org complaint search network is powered by Google Custom Search.
