For the city of Crete, Nebraska, a municipality of 6,000 residents, remedying employee productivity and bandwidth issues were the primary driving forces behind its implementation of Spector 360 on all of its 50 workstations. Given the shared Internet connection at its government offices, Crete officials knew it needed a solution to monitor employees' activities to ensure that all Internet activity was strictly for business purposes.

Cibola County's government offices consist of three facilities whose network includes nine servers and approximately 75 workstations.
