Louisiana Texas Healthcare Management (LTHM) is pleased to announce that it has purchased the assets of Renaissance Hospital Systems and anticipates closing on the transaction within the next several days.

LTHM's management team will lead the Renaissance Hospital System facilities under the same name. A stated goal of the new ownership is to maintain continuity for patients by re-hiring the clinical, support and working management staff as they re-tool the individual hospital and corporate leadership. LTHM anticipates continuing to enhance the facilities by developing local physician partnerships and through expanded service offerings.
