The promotion, which is being offered in conjunction with Jewel Food stores, ESPN Radio 1000 and the Chicago Bulls, is open to all legal residents age 18 years and older. Through March 28, people can enter the Hinckley Springs $1,000,000 Shot Clock Challenge sweepstakes by filling out an official entry form at Chicago-area Jewel Food stores, registering online at http://www.bulls.com, or participating in a contest by ESPN Radio 1000.

Five grand prize winners randomly selected from eligible entries will each win a pair of suite tickets to the April 7 Chicago Bulls game, along with a chance to play for the $1 million grand prize. Prior to the start of the Bulls game, the five contestants will play a game of their own to determine the two finalists who will compete for the money during half time.

To win the $1 million grand prize, contestants must make four consecutive shots: a Lay Up, a Free Throw, a Three-Point shot and a Half Court shot, within 24 seconds - and must retrieve their own ball after each shot. The million dollar prize is being covered by Dallas-based SCA Promotions, the world's leading provider of promotional risk coverage for contests, games and events, and will be paid out in a 50-year annuity if won. Non-cumulative consolation prizes of $250 for a Lay Up, $500 for a Free Throw, and $1,000 for a Three- Point shot will as also be awarded.

"We wanted to offer an interactive promotion that would get people excited and talking," notes Rick Friddle of Hinckley Springs. In addition to the grand prize winners, ten (10) randomly selected first place winners will each receive two games tickets and dinner at the April 7 game; and twenty (20) randomly selected second place winners will each receive a Hinckley Springs fan pack.
