His addition supports the continued and consistent growth within the company. He also serves on the Board of Directors. Luman comes to HireVue with 20 years of executive experience in varied industries, including financial services, video game software development, consumer packaged goods and heavy industry. He joins HireVue from Charles Schwab, Inc. where he was Senior Vice President of HR Shared Services and Total Rewards.
Prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager at Acclaim Entertainment and held various HR roles at both Pepsi Cola and Marathon Oil. He holds a BA in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University and pursued graduate studies at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette.
