Taldone joins staff as General Counsel and Secretary.

Taldone has been providing legal advice and representation to businesses ranging from local merchants to multinational conglomerates for almost thirty years.

Taldone began his career in New York City working for a national law firm that emphasized employment law. In 1984, he became Senior Attorney at the U.S. headquarters of the predecessor to distilled spirits maker and brewer Diageo, PLC. In that position, he worked on a variety of transactions and litigations throughout the U.S. and United Kingdom involving many Fortune 500 companies. In 1990, Taldone returned to private practice in New Jersey as a business litigator. In 1995, he moved to Clearwater, Fla. to establish his own firm serving the business community.

Taldone is also active in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Free Enterprise, First Call for Help and was a founding member of SPHERE, an organization devoted to preserving wetlands in Pinellas County, Fla. He is also a long-time member of the Seven Springs Rotary Club.
